目的:探讨医院呼吸机的不良事件信息管理方法,降低呼吸机故障率。方法:针对呼吸机的维修与管理现状,提出医疗设备故障信息管理系统的基本结构、功能及其工作模式,充分利用呼吸机不良事件的信息。结果:医疗设备故障信息管理系统的建立,实现对呼吸机不良事件信息进行管理,应用信息管理系统对呼吸机的维修管理进行指导。结论:医疗设备故障信息管理系统的建立可加强医疗设备故障信息的收集、分类、分析以及提供再利用的手段与方法,能够有效地降低呼吸机的故障率,提高维修效率,有助于保障呼吸机在临床上的安全应用。

Objective： To explore the method of the adverse events information of the ventilator, and reduce the failure rate of the ventilator. Methods： The status of maintenance and management of ventilator is summarized, and the basic structure, function and working method of fault information management system for medical equipment is proposed, and strengthen application of the adverse events information of ventilator. Results： The build of failure information management system of medical equipment can manage the adverse events information, and guide the maintenance management of ventilator through applying the information management system. Conclusion： The establishment of the medical equipment failure information management system can strengthen medical equipment failure information collection, classification, analysis, and provide the means and ways of recycling, reduce the failure rate of ventilator and improve the efficiency of maintenance, and help to ensure the normal use of ventilator in clinical.
