信息通信类专业医疗卫生信息化技术特色人才的教育研究

目的:探索医学院校利用医疗卫生资源优势,在信息通信类专业中设置医疗信息化培养方向,为社会培养医疗卫生知识与信息技术和通信技术深度融合的高素质、复合型及应用型特色人才的教育模式。方法:确定信息化特色专业的培养方向,根据人才培养目标,制定人才培养体系、培养方案、课程体系、教材体系以及实践体系。结果:构建了人才培养的特色创新模式,确立并实施医疗信息化系统使用人才、医疗信息化系统技术服务人才及医疗信息化系统研发人才三方面的培养目标。结论:特色人才培养模式的构建,对培养满足社会需求的医疗卫生信息化人才,开拓毕业生的就业面,促进医疗卫生机构的信息化发展以及提高医疗效率和医疗服务质量具有重要意义。

Objective： To explore the advantages of medical schools and colleges in health resource application, the medical information training direction in information major, provide training for the community medical and health knowledge and information technology, communication technology, deep integration of high quality, composite type, application type talents with special characteristics method. Methods： Determine the development direction of information specialty direction, according to the target of cultivating talents, develop talent training system, training program, curriculum system, teaching system and practice system. Results： Construction of the talent training mode to explore three aspects of training target, namely medical information systems use talent, talent systems technology services of medical information, medical information systems research and development personnel. Conclusion： It can meet the social demand for medical and health information talents, develop more opportunities for graduates employment, promote the medical and health institutions in the development of information technology, improve medical efficiency and quality of medical services has important significance.
