外源物质对植物积累重金属的调控作用 被引量:1

摘要 采用文献调研的方法,在概述重金属在植物体内的累积与分布研究概况的基础上,综述了外源物质对植物累积重金属的影响,以期为提高环境重金属污染的植物修复效率提供科学依据。文献分析表明:1重金属在植物中的积累和分布会随金属种类、植物器官与细胞的不同而各异;细胞壁对重金属的固定与液泡对重金属的区隔化是耐性植物重金属细胞分布的主要方式。2螯合剂、表面活性剂、多胺等对植物体内重金属的累积和分布有一定的调控作用,在重金属污染植物修复应用中,可以考虑添加外源物质以提高修复效率。 To offer scientific basis for phytoremediation of heavy metal contaminated environment, the accumu- lation and distribution of heavy metals and the effect of exogenous materials on heavy metal accumulation in plants are reviewed in this paper by the method of studying relevant references. Analysis indicates that : (1) the accumulation and distribution of heavy metals in plants vary with the metal kinds, organ and cell of plants ; the combination of heavy metals in cell wall and compartment in vacuole are the main distribution forms;(2)the chelators,surfactant, and polyamines could regulate the accumulation and distribution of heavy metals in plants. It can be taken into consideration to add exogenous materials to improve phyoremediation efficiency of the plants contaminated by heavy metals.
