婴儿抚触在新生儿生理性黄疸中的应用研究

探讨婴儿抚触在新生儿生理性黄疸中的应用,为降低新生儿生理性黄疸的发生率和促进生理性黄疸的消退制定相应的干预措施提供科学依据。选择2014年1月至2015年1月在黄石某妇幼保健院出生的新生儿,按出生时间顺序随机选择60例分为对照组和抚触组,每组各30例。胎龄37~42周,体重2.7~4 kg,新生儿出生时Apgar评分8~10分,无窒息史,母婴健康,无合并症。对照组给予母乳喂养和常规护理方法;抚触组在对照组基础上进行抚触,观察2组新生儿胎便排出及排尽时间、体重、摄奶量、生理性黄疸发生率和黄疸消退的时间。研究表明：将2组新生儿胎便排出及排尽时间、体重、摄奶量、生理性黄疸发生率和黄疸消退的时间进行比较均有显著性的差异（P〈0.05）。婴儿抚触可以使新生儿胎便尽快排出及排尽;改善消化系统功能,增加新生儿的吃奶量和体重;降低新生儿生理性黄疸的发生率和促进黄疸的消退。

Objective ： Through the study of the application of infant touch in physiological jaundice the scientif- ic reference will be provided for making the corresponding prevention measures to reduce the incidence of physiological jaundice of newborn and to promote regression of physiological jaundice. Method：60 newborns who were born from January 2014 to January 2015 in a maternal and child health hospital of Huangshi were selected and according to the time of birth order they were randomly divided into control group and touch In- fant group,each 30 cases. Gestational age 37 -42 week,weight 2.7 -4 kg, Apgar score of 8 ~ 10 score at birth, No asphyxia, maternal and child health, without complications. The control group received breast feeding and was nursed by conventional nursing method. The touching group was given additional soft touch, the two groups of newborn babies stool discharged time, exhaust time, weight, milk quantity, The incidence of physio- logical jaundice and the time of jaundice subsided were observed. Result：Two groups of newborn babies stool discharged time and exhaust time, weight, milk quantity ,The incidence of physiological jaundice and the time of jaundice subsided there were significantly differences （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Infant touch can enable the newborns discharged and exhausted as quickly as possible, improve the digestive system function, increase the milk quantity and weight of newborn infants, which can reduce the incidence of neonatal physiological jaun- dice and promote the regression of jaundice.
