论跨境民族地区跨文化教育的历史使命 被引量:9

Discussion on the Historical Mission of the Intercultural Education in Cross-border Ethnic Areas

摘要 跨境民族地区由于面临跨国境、多民族这双重特性,其跨文化教育无论是教育价值目标的选择定位还是教育内容、教育模式或是教学组织形式都有着其鲜明的个性特征。跨境民族地区跨文化教育的本质规定性决定了其必须以促进"民族和谐",增强国家认同感,实现民族认同与国家认同的和谐共生。跨文化教育的历史使命包括加强政治文化认同,培养理性爱国主义情怀的政治使命;促进民族文化整合,培养当代中华民族情感的文化使命;以民主法制为核心,以民族情感为纽带,培养具有批判理性意识和民族乡土情怀的爱国公民的育人。 With the dual features of cross borders and multi-ethnics, the in- tercultural education in cross-border ethnic areas has its distinctive characteristics in the setting and positioning of educational value and aim, teaching content, pattern and organizing methods. As determined by its nature, the intercultural education in cross-border ethnic areas should improve the ethnic harmony, strengthen the state identity and finally achieve the symboisis of both nation and state identity. The historical mission of the intercuhure education consists of the political mission to reinforce the political and cultural identity and to cultivate the rational patriotism, as well as the cultural mission to enhance the ethnic culture integration and to foster the Chinese national sentiment; it also emphasizes the cultivation of patriotic citizens with rational consciousness and love to their nation and motherland linked by national sentiment around the core of democracy and legal system.
