摘要
通过对无锡职业技术学院238名学生进行专业认同感调查,深入了解高职院校学生专业认同感发展现状及特点,分析并检验性别、年级、专业等背景变量的差异,挖掘影响高职院校学生专业认同问题的内外在因素,最后提出提升高职学生专业认同的若干策略。
Based on the analysis of the data collected from the 238 students in Wuxi Institute of Technolo- gy, the author investigates the current situation and characteristics of the sense of identification of the students in higher vocational colleges; in addition, the variables including sexuality, grade and major are also analyzed, after finding the internal and external influencing factors on the issue of identification, this paper proposes a series of strategies on how to promote the level of professional identification of the students in higher vocational colleges.
