摘要
学习拖延现象在大学生中普遍存在,且对大学生的学习成绩、自尊和情绪具有消极影响。本文针对"非理性"学习拖延行为产生的心理原因作以心理动力取向理论为主的探析,并探讨进一步改善这种行为方法,以期使该领域的理论研究更为多元,也希为深陷其中的大学生们提供启发和实践指导。
Academic procrastination is prevalent among undergraduates and has negative influence on undergraduates academic performance, self-esteem and emotions. In this paper, we explore the psychological reasons of irrational academic procrastination behavior in their study and try to explore the way to solve this, in order to make the field of the theory more diverse and provides the students who are trapped in it with inspiration and practical guidance.
