高职就业类社团思想政治教育工作研究

Ideological and political education work in higher vocational colleges' employment association

就业类社团是以提升就业能力为主的新兴社团,目前就业类社团中的思想政治教育还存在着模式不成熟、软硬件缺乏、周边环境不良影响等因素制约教育功能的发挥,通过党团组织的重视和扶持,指导老师加强指导,加强社团干部培养及思想政治教育与就业类社团活动深度融合等路径,充分发挥思想政治教育在就业类社团中的作用。

Employment association is an emerging association aiming to enhance the employability. Current ideological and political education in employment association is still immature, lack of hardware and software, and affected by the surrounding environment. With the support of party organizations, the guidance of instructors, the cultivation of the leaders of the associations, the integration of ideological and political education and community activities, the ideological and political education can play its full role in the em- ployment association.
