彝族诗人阿苏越尔在其诗歌创作中,带着强烈的"生命意识"对本民族文化的生存与发展予以关注,通过对一系列颇具象征意味的意象进行描绘,在折射其深厚的民族情怀和民族认同情结的同时,破译并升华古老神圣的民族精神,完成了从背叛逃离母文化到回归再到超越重构母文化的精神历程。在整个诗歌创作中,诗人通过对母文化生存境况和本民族文化命运趋向的关注,富有个性地体现出由个体生命细部愉悦到对整个民族文化"生命意识"的沉思。

As a poet of Yi minority, Asuyueer, in his poetry, attaches a great concern about the survival and the sustainability of his ethnic culture. In the light of symbolic images, a profound nation complex and its recognition is reflected in the process of decoding and subliming of the archaic noble ethnic spirit. Accordingly, the spiritual expriencing is accomplished in the reconstruction of maternal culture based on the paradox of the estangement and the reconciliation with the culture. In the overall poetry, a profound reflection on the life consciousness of the ethnic culture is strikingly elucidated through his poetic attachment to the cultural existence and its future.
