摘要
民族地区学前教育是我国教育的一部分,发展民族地区学前教育,最为关键的是提高民族地区幼儿教师的专业水平。民族地区幼儿教师专业发展需要制定符合民族地区实际的对策,即完善政府的管理机制、加大社会支持力度、加强高校的引领作用、完善幼儿园管理机制、提高幼儿教师自身专业素养。
Preschool education in minority regions is part of national education, the development of preschool education in minority regions, the most crucial thing lies in improving the professional level of kindergarten teachers in minority regions, we formulate the conform countermeasures for reality in minority regions: improve government's management mechanism, increase social support, strengthen the leading role of colleges, improve kindergarten' management mechanism, improve kindergarten teachers' professional quality.
