城镇化背景下贵州农民市民化问题思考

城镇化背景下贵州农民市民化存在融入难、就业难、教育缺失、社会保障不力等问题。只有在实现户籍与福利脱钩、建立起完善的社会保障体系、消除影响城乡平等就业的一切障碍、高度重视农民工及其子女的教育、多渠道解决农民工的住房问题、加大中央的支持力度后,贵州农民市民化才真正走上健康发展的道路。
