我国高校辅导员研究的审视与反思--基于对《高校辅导员》2010年-2014年的载文分析

Review and Reflection of College Counselor Studies in China——Based on Statistical Analysis of Publications in Journal of College Fu Dao Yuanfrom 2010to 2014

以2010年-2014年五年间《高校辅导员》刊载的学术论文为研究对象,应用计量学的方法,对发文数量、研究者、研究内容、被引用情况等进行分析后发现,中国高校辅导员研究群体正在不断壮大,研究者主要集中在高校辅导员队伍和高校管理者;研究内容不断丰富,集中探讨高校辅导员队伍建设、辅导员工作、思想政治教育等方面;论文被引用频次呈上升趋势,说明论文的学术水平在不断提高,部分论文获得业界人士的认可,具有一定的影响。

Taking the academic papers published from 2010 to 2014 in Journal of College Fu Dao Yuan as the research object and using the method of measurement, this paper analyses the number of published papers, researchers of papers, research content and citation. It is found that the research of college counselor study is growing, researchers are mainly college counselors and college administrators; research content is constantly enriched,focusing on the counselor team construction in colleges and universities, counselor routine work, ideological and political ed- ucation;the number of papers cited is on the rise which indicates that the academic level is being improved,some of them have obtained aca- demic recognition and have a certain impact.
