摘要 历史课程标准是进行历史课程改革的基础和前提。维多利亚州历史课程标准是结合澳大利亚国家课程标准和本州的历史教育现实情况而制定的,独具特色:重视学生历史学习能力要求;注重历史学习对学生的人文价值熏陶;课标的可操作性强;课程标准兼顾学科性与实践性等。维多利亚州历史课程标准在科学制定历史课程标准能力目标、提高课程标准可操作性以及围绕能力目标的落实而精选课程内容等方面积累了可供参考的成功经验,从而为完善中国的历史课程标准提供新的视角。 The history curriculum standard is the basis and premise of history curriculum reform. The history curriculum standard of Vitoria state is combined with the Australian National Curriculum Standards and the state's reality of history education, with the following unique char- acteristics: pay attention to the students' ability of learning history, attach great importance to the influence of history learning on students' hu- manistic value, the curriculum standard is workable, the curriculum standard gives consideration to both the disciplines and practicality. It has accumulated successful experience for reference in such aspects as scientifically formulate the ability goal of history curriculum standard, im- prove the operability of curriculum standard,and select course content around the implementation of the ability goal,which has set up a model for perfecting the history curriculum standard in our country.
