中风言语障碍病人的中医护理效果观察

Observation on effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with stroke speech disorder

[目的]观察中医护理在中风(脑梗死急性期)言语障碍病人中应用效果。[方法]将110例中风病人分为对照组和观察组,每组55例,对照组病人给予脑病科常规护理,观察组病人在常规护理的基础上实施中医护理,观察比较两组病人的语言功能改善情况及病人对护理的满意度。[结果]观察组病人语言功能明显改善,有效率明显高于对照组,且病人护理满意度也明显高于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。[结论]对中风病人实施中医护理能明显改善其语言功能,提高护理满意度。

Objective：To observe the application effects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with stroke（cerebral infarction acute phase）speech disorder.Methods：110cases of stroke patients were divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of routine nursing care.Then observed and compared the improvement of language function of the two groups of patients and the satisfaction degree of patients to nursing.Results：The language function of the observation group patients was significantly improved,and the effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group.Patients’ nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese medicine nursing can obviously improve the language function and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with stroke.
