牙周翻瓣术在治疗牙龈瘤中的临床应用

The clinical application of periodontal flap surgery in the treatment of epulis

目的探讨牙周翻瓣术在治疗牙龈瘤中的临床应用。方法2010年1月-2012年1月选择临床牙龈瘤患者，其中单个瘤体发作、x线检查牙槽骨骨质未发现异常、牙齿松动≤二度者47例，采用牙周翻瓣手术治疗，切除龈瘤，保存牙齿。结果通过半年、1年、3年的观察，47例龈瘤2例复发，其余未见复发，牙髓活力正常，无松动、牙槽骨未见吸收。结论用牙周翻瓣术治疗牙龈瘤会获得较佳的疗效，值得临床应用。

Objective Investigate the clinical application of periodontal flap surgery in the treatment of epulis. Methods Selected 47 epulis patients of the department of stomatology in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012, all of them are single epulis patients, the mobility degree was less than second degree and no abnormal sclerotin found ac- cording to the X-ray results. Adopt the periodontal flap surgery to removal of the epulis and save the tooth. Results Through the observation of six months, 1 year,3 years after surgeries, only 2 patients＇ epulis are recurrence, the rest of 47 patients did not see the recurrence, tooth vitality is normal, gomphiasis and alveolar bone absorbed are not found. Conclusion Use periodontal flap surgery to treat the epulis will obtain a better curative effect, it is worth to use in clinical application.
