纵隔型肺癌1例并文献复习

Pulmonary cancinoma of mediatinal type:A case report and review of the literature

纵隔型肺癌为一种特殊类型的肺癌,当以肺外为首发症状时易出现误诊。本文介绍我院1例以进食梗阻为首发症状的纵隔型肺癌1例,并进行文献复习。纵隔型肺癌按照生长方式分为中央型、周围型及隐匿型,需要与原发纵隔肿瘤进行鉴别;其病理类型以鳞癌、小细胞癌为主,治疗上可采取手术、放疗、化疗、靶向治疗及各种治疗手段联合的综合治疗。
