摘要
目的探讨人性化护理对分诊护理的护理质量及满意度的影响。方法选择2014年1月~2015年1月于我院门诊就诊的患者共100例为观察对象,按照入院就诊时间的先后顺序随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组采用传统的常规方法进行分诊护理,即被动接受患者的咨询即可,干预组以患者为中心实施人性化护理。比较两组的护理满意度评分及护理质量评分、分诊准确率。结果干预组的护理质量评分显著高于对照组.差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。干预组的分诊准确率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论人性化护理有利于提高门诊分诊护理工作的护理质量及护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the nursing quality and satisfaction of humanized nursing on the triage nursing. Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015,100 cases of patients were selected as the observation objects, .they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional method, passive accepted patient's counseling. The patients in the intervention group were treated with humanized nursing focus on the sickness. The nursing satisfaction score and nursing quality score, the accuracy rate of diagnosis were compared between two groups. Results The quality of care scores in the intervention group were significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). The accuracy rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signifieant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing can improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of outpatient nursing work.
