延续性护理干预对内镜鼻窦手术患者的疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of transitional care on patients following endoscopic sinus surgery

目的探讨延续性护理干预在内镜鼻窦手术出院患者的临床应用效果。方法选择我科2013年12月～2014年6月行内镜鼻窦手术48例患者为研究对象，随机分为干预组和对照组；对照组实施常规护理及出院指导，干预组成立护理干预小组，实施延续性护理干预，采用视觉模拟量表（VAS）对两组患者主观症状评分，同时比较两组患者治疗依从性和临床治疗效果。结果干预组术后1年VAS评分为（1．22±0．96）分，明显低于对照组的（2．17±0．57）分，差异有统计学意义（t=-2．988，P〈0．01）；干预组患者治疗依从性（100％）明显优于对照组（79．17％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；干预组治疗总有效率（95．83％）明显高于对照组（79．17％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。，结论对内镜鼻窦手术患者实施延续性护理干预措施，可有效强化遵医行为，提高治疗依从性及手术疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the transitional care for the patients with chronic rhinosi- nusitis （CRS） following endoscopic sinus surgery （ESS）. Methods A total of 48 patients with CRS were randomly as- signed into two groups following ESS：An intervention group and a control group. The patients in the control group were treated by the routine nursing guidance after discharge, whereas patients in the intervention group were treated with transitional care. Post-operation, the clinical effects of all patients were observed using visual analog scale （VAS）. Moreover, clinical outcomes and treatment compliance were compared between two groups. Results VAS score was （2.17±0.57） in the control group 1-year after surgery, while it was（1.22±0.96） in intervention group, which was sta- tistically different（t=-2.988, P〈0.01）. Moreover, treatment compliance of the intervention group was 100%, whereas it was 79.17% in the control group. Thus there was statistic difference （P〈0.01） between two groups. In addition, there was significant difference in total effective rates between the intervention and control group （95.83% vs. 79.17%, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transitional care has proved to be a useful method for the CRS patients, which can improve the treatment compliance rate and enhance the clinical outcomes following ESS.
