摘要
近年来超敏C反应蛋白在心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、肾系疾病等临床应用中已经受到广泛关注,有大量临床数据以及实验结果证实超敏C反应蛋白作为以上疾病的敏感指标用于指导临床治疗及预测预后有重要的现实意义。而超敏C反应蛋白作为临床皮肤病的独立危险因子及监测其治疗效果也已受到越来越广泛的关注,在此通过阅读国内外大量相关文献,对超敏C反应蛋白的概念及在临床皮肤病中的作用,如大疱性类天疱疮、银屑病、湿疹、荨麻疹等的研究现状作一概括性叙述。
In recent years, the research of hypersensitive C-reactive protein in heart cerehrovascular disease, diabetes, kidney disease has attracted much attention in clinical application, such as a large number of clinical dataes and experimental results confirmed that the hypersensitive C-reactive protein as a sensitive index of the above diseases used to guide the clinical treatment and predict prognosis, with important practical significance. And hypersensitive C-reactive protein as an independent risk factor for clinical skin disease and monitoring the therapeutic effect which has got more and more attention. Here will make a general description about the concept of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and its function in clinical dermatology by reading a large number of related literatures inland and abroad, such as the research status of bullous pemphigoid and psoriasis and eczema and urticaria and so on.
