近年来,随着网络小说的日渐繁荣,网络文学的影视剧改编大量出现。网络文学与影视产业的发展模式与道路成为理论界和文学批评界亟须探讨的问题。文章以文化产业为基点,探讨网络文学与影视产业的商业模式,分析网络文学与影视产业成功对接的文化与市场成因、网络文学的商业化机制,认为网络文学的影视剧改编既是文学体系中的一环,也是文化产业的重要环节。

In recent years, due to the increasing prosperity of the internet novels, more and more internet novels have been a- dapted for movie and TV drama. The network literature and film industry development mode and road gradually become the topic question to explore in the theoretical circle and literary critics. Based on cultural industry analysis, the paper explores the business model of the network literature and film industry and analyzes the cultural and market reasons for the successful docking between the network literature and the film industry and commercial mechanism of network literature. The paper thinks that the network literature of film and television drama adaptation is not only a part of the literary system, but also an important part of the cultural industry.
