摘要 教师是优秀传统文化的守护者和传播者。教师的传统文化素养与施教能力直接关系到广大青少年对优秀传统文化的认知及接受情况,关系到中国未来文化发展的方向。提升教师的传统文化素养和施教能力可以从四个方面着手:一是要提高思想认识,明确责任义务;二是要加强制度建设,保障施教质量;三是要更新教育观念,把握教育原则;四是要开展师资培训,提升人文素养;五是要改进教学方法,增强教育实效性。 Teacher is the guardian and communicator of the excellent traditional culture. Teachers' traditional culture literacy and education ability are directly related to the broad of the majority of young people's cognition and acceptance of the tradition- al culture, which are also related to the culture development direction in the future. To improve teachers' traditional cultural quality and teaching ability should proceed from four aspects: Firstly, to heighten one's political consciousness and understand clearly responsibilities and obligations. Secondly, to strengthen the system construction and guarantee the quality of teaching. Thirdly, renew education idea and grasp the principle of education. Fourthly, to carry out teacher training and improve human quality. Finally, to improve teaching methods and enhance the effectiveness o{ education.
