大学生红黑博弈决策结果与DISC个性测试关联分析

The Red-black Game Decision Results of College Students and DISC Personality Assessment

基于DISC个性测试问卷方法,结合采取红黑博弈决策游戏形式,对某财经类高校120名学生进行研究,发现决策游戏呈现的四类人与DISC行为测试四种类型有关联.再对游戏结果的四类人,即红牌人、黑牌人、理性牌色人和跟风牌色人分别对其DISC中四种类型进行配合度检验,其中前三类的人员分布各自在DISC四个分类中有显著差异,即红牌人主要倾向于支配型.可以说黑牌人和理性牌色人主要倾向于影响型和稳定型.其中黑牌人分布为倾向于稳定型较多于影响型.理性牌色人分布和黑牌人相反,倾向于影响型较多于稳定型.跟风牌色人的主要倾向性不明显.但在跟风牌色人与服从型进行列连相关,发现两者有一定的较弱相关.

120 students from finance and economics universities are studied by DISC personality test questionnaire method and Red-black Game Decision. it is found that four categories of people from decision game are in association with four types of DISC Personality Assessment. And then the Chi-square Test of the four game categories of people and their DISC in four types, which are named red card, black card, rational card color and follow-suit color card, are conducted and it is found that wherein each of the first three people distributed in the four categories has significant difference in DISC. The red card people tend to be the Dominance type. Black card and rational color people mainly tend to the Influence and Steadiness type. The dis tribution of black card people tends to be Steadiness type. In contrast, the distribution of rational color tends to be Influence type. The tendency of follow-suit card people is not obvious. However, the follow-suit card people are found to he weakly correlated to the Compliance type.
