大学生AB型人格的时间管理倾向与拖延关系的比较研究

The Comparative Research About the Relationship Between Time Management and Procrastination for AB Personality Style

为了探讨AB型人格的时间管理倾向与拖延行为的特点及其关系,采用AB型行为类型评定量表、Aitken拖延问卷和青少年时间管理倾向量表对333名大学生进行问卷调查,并采用结构方程多组比较进行数据分析.结果显示:AB型人格在拖延、时间管理倾向及其各个维度上无显著差异;拖延与时间管理倾向总分及其各维度显著负相关;结构方程多组比较分析显示,时间管理倾向在预测不同人格的拖延时有显著差异.AB型人格在时间管理倾向与拖延之间起着调节作用,即A型人格的时间效能感能显著预测其拖延,B型人格的时间效能感和时间监控观能显著预测其拖延.因此,从时间管理倾向角度,可以针对AB型人格进行不同的干预,以降低个体的拖延行为.

To explore about time management and procrastination for AB personality style and the relationship in be- tween, 333 college students are subjected to a questionnaire survey by adopting A-Type Personality Scale, Aitken Procrastina- tion Inventory and Adolescent Time Management Deposition, and the data is analyzed by use of structural equation multi-group comparison. The results showed that： （1） no significant differences are found between procrastination and time management and its each dimension for the AB Personality style students. （2） Procrastination is negatively correlated with time management and its each dimension. （3） The structural equation multi-group comparison finds that it is significantly different on time management disposition in predicting procrastination of different personality style. AB personality style moderates the relationship between time management disposition and procrastination： namely, time self-efficacy can significantly predict type A personality＇s procrastination; time self-efficacy as well as time monitoring can predict 15 personality style＇s procrastination. In term of time management disposition, different interventions can be conducted to reduce their procrastination behaviors for the AB personality style college students.
