摘要 创新型人才培养是高校教学改革的目标之一,但各学科之间教学上缺乏融合。以设计学科作为纽带,运用设计思维融合各学科,进行跨学科整合创新实践教学,可以促进各学科之间教学上的交叉融合。以设计专业为主导,多个专业学生组成跨学科整合创新设计团队,模拟企业研发环境,围绕企业项目课题展开自主式实践训练,通过并行式创新设计流程展开整合创新设计,有助于培养学生多学科视角和立体化创新思维,塑造完善的知识结构,实现创新型设计人才的培养目标。 Currently innovative talent training is one of the important goals of college teaching reform, but it lacks integration in the teaching among various disciplines. This paper takes design disciplines as a link, using design thinking to integrate different disciplines to interdisciplinary integration of innovative practice teaching that can promote fusion among various disciplines teaching. Dominated by design majors, innovative design teams are made up of students from various majors. They perform an autonomous exploration design practice training around the enterprise project in the imitated enterprise research environment. Through the parallel type design process to carry out the innovative design, to cultivate students' multidisciplinary perspectives and three-dimansional creative thinking, mould perfect knowledge structure, and realize the goal of the cultivation of the innovative design talents.
