两种螺旋输送装置的粉料传送精度分析 被引量:7

摘要 通过对比无轴螺旋和有轴螺旋两种螺旋输送装置,利用EDEM离散元模型软件进行仿真分析以及实验验证的方法比较两者的粉料传送精度,并从理论上分析了螺旋转速和填充率对其送料精度的影响,以此来更好地实现粉料定量可靠地传送。结果表明,对于前者,当转速一定时,填充率越高,粉料传送精度越低;当填充率一定时,转速越高,粉料传送精度越低。对于后者,填充率和螺旋轴转速的变化对粉料传送精度影响不大;仿真条件下,两种结构的轴向速度方差偏差为(10.29。26.63)%,表明后者送料速度的稳定性较前者高,即有轴螺旋输送装置的送料精度较无轴螺旋高。 Two typical spiral conveyers shafiless spiral conveyer and a shaft one have been contrasted with EDEM(Extend Distrete Element Method) discrete element software model simulation analysis and experimental verification about powder transmission accuracy. And theoretically analyzed how spiral speed and fiUing rate influenced its transmission accuracy in order to realize powder transmission reliably. The results show that, for the shaftless one, when rotate speed is constant, the higher the filling rate, or when filling rate is constant, the higher spiral speed, the lower the powder transmission accuracy; for another, the change of filling rate and spiral speed has little effect to powder transmission accuracy; under simulation, variance deviation between two kinds of structures' axial velocity is about (10.29-26.63)%, indicating that spiral conveyer with shaft is more stable and better than the one without shaft in powder transmission accuracy.
