摘要
刀架轴是塑料粉碎机的关键构件,其动态性能的好坏,直接影响到粉碎机的粉碎效果。目前粉碎机普遍采用六刀架轴结构,为进一步提高刀架轴的动态特性,在保证刀架轴强度及刚度的前提下,现将六刀架轴改进为五刀架轴结构,取消了刀架轴轴套,增大了刀架间间隙。运用HQ-500动平衡机及COCO80对SG-4390型粉碎机刀架轴进行动态特性实验;ANSYS Workbench对其进行有限元分析;有限元分析与动态实验结果进行对比,其频率误差控制在4.5%以内。HQ-500平衡机对其进行动平衡测试,平衡度达到95%以上。降低了刀架轴质量,为今后刀架轴研究提供了依据。
The dynamic performance of carrier shaft, the key component of the plastic crusher, is good or bad, directly affecting the crushing effect of crnsher. Currently, the structure of six carrier shaft is widely used Under the premise of the ensured strength and stiffness the carrier shaft was designed from six to five to further improve its dynamic performance , and cancelled the sleeve, increasing the space of the carrier. The dynamic performanee test was conducted via the HQ-500 dynamic balance machine and the COC080 to study the dynamic pe(ormance for the SG--4390 plastic crusher. ANSYS Workbench was used to study its finite element analysis. The results of the two methods showed its frequency error was controlled within 4.5%. The HQ-500 dynwnic balance machine was applied to test the balance of the carrier shaft, and the balance level had reached more than 95%. The quality of it was reduced The foundation for the research of carrier shafi was built in the future.
