摘要
基于软件开发工具VC++,运用参数化设计语言(APDL)对有限元软件ANSYS进行二次开发,编制出了中深井隔热注采管柱的优化设计系统,系统根据现场注气温度与注汽压力,建立注汽管柱模型,进一步对注汽管柱进行热-结构耦合计算,得到管柱-封隔器系统的伸长量与热应力大小计算,从而通过伸缩管数量及位置的确定优化管柱设计。现场应用表明,该软件人机互动界面友好,具有较高的准确度,对现场的工况具有很好的适应性,能够很好的满足热采作业现场测试需要。
Using VC++, object-oriented program design software made second development for pararneterized design language of finite element software ANSYS, developing injection-production string design of moderate- to-deep well software. Through build the mathematical models of the injection-production string, this software mainly realizes the expansion pipe number and position by thermal stress calculation of string-packer system Tests have shown that, it has friendly and efficient inte^ace. It suit the work condition well and can nicely meet the needs of thermal.field operation test.
