摘要
基于轻量化的产品设计准则及满足冲床高速高频的工作要求,采用Hypermesh软件对伺服冲床主传动机构的关键零件—连杆进行了拓扑结构优化及模态分析,并采用Workbench软件进行了尺寸优化设计,设计结果表明,结构优化后的连杆去除了不必要的材料,固有频率较优化前提高较大,模态满足设计要求,并且具有更高的强度和刚度,在快速冲压的工作环境下具有更佳的机械性能。结构优化对于缩短伺服冲床主传动的设计周期,降低产品成本,具有较好的工程应用价值。
Based on the lightweight design principle, topology optimization and modal analysis for the main part-link of servo punch press are done using Hypermesh, and its dimensions are optimized in Workbench. The optimization results show that the modals of link are satisfied, and the optimized link has higher strength and rigidity, which can meet the optimal requirements. Structure optimization which can shorten design cycle, reduce product cost, has good engineering application value.
