摘要
卡滞、振动噪音等不正常现象时常会出现在叉臂式玻璃升降器结构的运行过程中,基于Catia和ANSYS Workbench平台并结合实践,采用多目标遗传算法对玻璃升降器的机械结构参数优化设计,以减轻玻璃升降器质量、提高结构强度,从而降低卡滞、振动等现象产生。优化结果表明,升降器的两侧凹槽处均可以作为升降器结构优化的Pareto优解集,在满足升降器结构强度、刚度、变形的情况下,设计轻量化玻璃升降器结构,最终为汽车玻璃升降器的整体优化设计提供理论依据。
In the movement process of the fork armtype glass riser structure, it appears the phenomena, such as binding and vibration. It based on CATIA and ANSYS Workbench platform combined with the practice and all kinds of information on glass levelers for detailed analysis and improvement. The aim is to reduce the glass quality and increase the strength of structure and adopt the multi-objective genetic algorithm for the mechanical structural parameters optimization design of glass elevator. Optimization results show that grooves on both sides of the elevator can be used as a Pareto opiimal solution set in optimizing the structure of the riser, to satisfy the structural strength, stiffness, deformation, achieve the glass elevator lightweight design, and improve the stability of the model. It provides a basis for the optimization design of elevator.
