益气活血化湿方在膜性肾病的临床应用

The Prescription of Yiqi Huoxue Huashi on Clinical Application of Membranous Nephropathy

膜性肾病是难治性肾小球疾病,属于原发性肾病综合征的常见病理类型之一,临床主要表现为大量蛋白尿。本病西医多采用血管紧张素II受体阻滞剂或者激素等治疗,但仍有很多患者疗效不显。陈以平教授致力于探索中医治疗肾病,厚积薄发,取得了一系列临床突破。在大量的临床病例基础上,摸索总结膜性肾病的中医治疗规律,得出"虚","湿""瘀""热"四大病机,主张用益气活血化湿法治疗本病,并创制专方。笔者导师,王琳主任,师从陈以平教授,深得心法和真传,在临床上应用此方治疗本病亦取得满意疗效。

Membranous nephropathy is a refractory glomerular disease,one of the common pathological type in primary nephrotic syndrome. The main clinical manifestation is massive proteinuria. The therapy of Western method is taking angiotensin II receptor blockers or hormone medicine,but there are still many patients cannot be cured. Professor Chen Yiping have committed to exploring Chinese medicine treatment of kidney disease and made a series of clinical breakthroughs. She believes that the disease has four pathogenesises—— ＂weak＂,＂wet＂,＂silt＂,＂hot＂. And she advocates the method of＂Yiqi huoxue Huashi＂and creates special prescription. My tutor,Wang Lin director,who is under the direction of Professor Chen Yiping,has aquired the essence of her ideas. Concenquently,the results are satisfied.
