补肾健骨汤联合椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折的疗效观察

Kidney-Invigorating and Bone-Strengthening Decoction Combined with Vertebroplasty on Elderly Patients with Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Vertebral Compression Fracture

目的:探讨补肾健骨汤联合椎体成形术治疗老年骨折疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折的疗效。方法:112例老年骨折疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者随机分为观察组(n=56)与对照组(n=56),两组患者均给予椎体成形术治疗,观察组患者在上述基础上加用补肾健骨汤治疗,对比两组患者临床效果。结果:治疗前两组骨密度与Cobb角比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组均显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为96.4%,显著高于对照组的83.9%(P<0.05);两组术前、术后第1、3个月VAS评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),术后6个月观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术前、术后第1、3个月ODI评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),术后6个月观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾健骨汤联合椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折具有显著的疗效,可有效缓解患者的疼痛,促进骨折的愈合,提高生活质量,值得推广。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effects of Kidney-Invigorating and Bone-Strengthening Decoction combined with vertebroplasty on the elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods： A total of 112 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture were randomly divided into the observation group（ n = 56）and the control group（ n = 56）. The two groups were treated with vertebroplasty and the observation group with Kidney-Invigorating and Bone-Strengthening Decoction based on the above treatment. And then the clinical effects were contrasted between the two groups. Results： There was no significant difference in bone mineral density or Cobb between the two groups（ P〈 0. 05）. And both two groups＇ were significantly improved after treatment（ P〈 0. 05）. The observation group was significantly better than the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The effective rate of the observation group was 96. 4%,significantly higher than 83. 9% in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in VAS before or 1,3 months after operation（ P〈 0. 05）. The observation group＇s VAS 6 months after treatment was significantly lower than the control group＇s（ P〉 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in ODI before or 1,3 months after operation（ P 〉0. 05）. The observation group＇s ODI 6 months after treatment was significantly lower than the control group＇s（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Kidney-Invigorating and Bone-Strengthening Decoction combined with vertebroplasty has a significant effect on the elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture and can effectively relieve the pain,promote the healing of fracture and improve the quality of life. It is worthy of promotion.
