丹黄祛瘀胶囊联合抗生素静脉滴注对气虚血瘀证盆腔炎性包块大小及血液流变的影响

Danhuang Quyu Capsule Combined Intravenous Drip of Antibiotics on Pelvic Mass Size and Blood Rheology of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome of Pelvic Inflammatory Mass

目的:探讨丹黄祛瘀胶囊联合抗生素静脉滴注治疗气虚血瘀证盆腔炎性包块的临床效果,重点探讨其对包块大小及血液流变的影响。方法:将131例气虚血瘀证盆腔炎性包块患者随机分为对照组65例和观察组66例。对照组患者给予抗生素静脉滴注,观察组患者加用丹黄祛瘀胶囊联合治之,连续治疗2周。评价主要证候积分,监测盆腔包块大小,检测血液流变,比较有效率。结果:观察组患者的主要证候积分改善较对照组明显,有效率90.9%,显著高于对照组的有效率78.4%,差异性显著(P<0.05);观察组患者的盆腔包块明显缩小,程度较对照组明显,血液流变各指标改善优于治疗前及对照组患者,差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:丹黄祛瘀胶囊联合抗生素静脉滴注治疗气虚血瘀证盆腔炎性包块疗效确切,能显著改善患者症状,缩小盆腔包块,其机制与改善血液微循环有一定相关性,值得深入研究。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of pelvic inflammatory mass with Danhuang Quyu Capsule combined intravenous drip of antibiotics and especially to explore the influence of pelvic mass size and blood rheology. Methods： A total of 131 patients were randomly divided into a control group with 65 cases and an observation group with 66 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with intravenous drip of antibiotics while those in the observation group with Danhuang Quyu Capsule. Two weeks was the treatment course. The research focused on evaluating its syndrome integral,monitoring the pelvic bag piece size,detecting the blood rheology and comparing the efficacy of the treatment. Results： The improvement of main clinical symptoms scores of the patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group and the efficiency was 90. 9%,which was higher than the control group＇s 78. 4% and the difference was significant（ P 〈0. 05）. After treatment,the patients＇ pelvic inflammatory mass decreased. The degree of change in the observation group was more pronounced and the change of blood rheology indexes was improved clearly compared with those before treatment. The degree of change in the observation group was more pronounced than that of the control group and the difference was significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The therapy has good effect and can improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms and reduce the diameter of the pelvic inflammatory mass. The mechanism may be associated with improving blood circulation,worthy of wide application in the clinical practice.
