柴胡疏肝汤加浙贝母对难治性癫痫的生活质量及脑电图的影响

Chaihu Shugan Decoction plus Zhejiang Fritillary on Quality of Life and Electroencephalogram of Intractable Epilepsy

目的:观察柴胡疏肝汤加浙贝母对难治性癫痫的生活质量及脑电图影响。方法:将难治性癫痫患者,随机分为两组:对照组予常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上予柴胡疏肝汤加浙贝母治疗,比较两组患者治疗后生活质量及脑电图改变的差异。结果:治疗组的生活质量显著高于对照组,治疗组改善脑电图方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝汤加浙贝母能明显改善难治性癫痫患者的生活质量及脑电图,具有推广应用价值。

Objective： To observe the impact of Chaihu Shugan Decoction plus Zhejiang Fritillary on the quality of life and electroencephalogram of intractable epilepsy. Methods： Patients with intractable epilepsy were randomly divided into two groups： control group with the conventional treatment and treatment group on the basis adding Chaihu Shugan Decoction plus Zhejiang Fritillary.We compared two groups＇ electroencephalogram and quality of life change. Results： The treatment group＇s quality of life was significantly higher than the control group＇s and the treatment group＇ s improved electroencephalography was superior to that in control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Chaihu Shugan Decoction plus Zhejiang Fritillary can obviously improve the quality of life and electroencephalogram of patients with intractable epilepsy,with application value.
