通过血管内超声观察血府逐瘀汤治疗冠状动脉临界病变的疗效

Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in Treatment of Borderline Coronary Artery Disease by Intravascular Ultrasound

目的:研究血府逐瘀汤对冠状动脉临界病变的疗效。方法:选取80例经血管内超声(IVUS)确诊为冠状动脉临界病变的住院患者80例,随机分为对照组、治疗组,对照组给予西药治疗(抗血小板,降脂,降压,控制血糖),治疗组给予西药加血府逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后最小管腔面积和斑块负荷的变化。结果:服药治疗后临界病变处最小管腔面积和斑块负荷均有所改善,治疗组相比对照组有明显改善,数据有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血府逐瘀汤可以改变冠状动脉临界病变管腔狭窄程度,改善心肌供血。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in treatment of coronary artery disease by intravascular ultrasound. Methods： A total of 80 cases treated by intravascular ultrasound（ IVUS） diagnosed as borderline coronary artery lesions were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with Western Medicine（ anti-platelet therapy,lipid-lowering therapy,anti-hypertensive therapy,control of blood glucose） and the treatment group combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction. The minimal lumen area and the change of the patch load were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results： The minimal lumen area and plaque load of the critical lesions were improved after treatment and the treatment group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion：Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can improve the stenosis of the coronary artery and it is worthy to be popularized.
