上海市嘉定区居民肿瘤早发现知识和行为监测分析

Investigation on knowledge and behavior for early detection of cancer in residents in Jiading,Shanghai

目的 了解嘉定区居民肿瘤早发现知识及行为情况,以利针对性地开展健康教育工作。方法 采用随机整群抽样的方法从全区抽取15岁以上的居民,采用“上海市慢性病及其危险因素监测（2013）”调查问卷进行问卷调查。结果 居民肿瘤早发现知晓率男性为20.90%,女性为35.06%,男性低于女性;居民肿瘤筛查参与率男性为7.88%,女性为14.96%,男性低于女性;不同年龄组居民知晓率和筛查参与率均有差异,45～54岁年龄组的知晓率最高,为34.20%,75岁以上年龄组的知晓率最低,为13.65%,55～64岁和65～74岁年龄组的筛查参与率最高,为18.63%,15～24岁年龄组的筛查参与率最低,为3.56%;文化程度越高,早发现知识知晓率及筛查参与率越高。结论 嘉定区居民肿瘤早发现知识知晓率和行为筛查率均处在较低水平,性别、年龄和文化程度等因素与知晓率、筛查参与率均有一定关系。今后应继续加强居民肿瘤防治知识的宣传教育,提高居民肿瘤防治知识水平和防癌意识,改善居民肿瘤早发现行为参与状况。

cancerin Jiading Objective To explore the knowledge and so as to facilitate targeted health promotion. behavior in residents for early detection of Methods Cluster sampling was employed to select residents above 15 years old in the District and investigation was performed by means of questionnaire of ＂Chronic Diseases and related risk factors Surveillance in Shanghai＂. Results The total awareness rate in early detection of cancer was 33.98% , with 20.90% in males and 35.06% in females. The participation rate of cancer screening was 14.51% , with 7.88% and 14.96% for male and female, respectively. There were significant differences for different age groups in awareness and participation. Residents aged 45 - 54 had the highest awareness rate of 34.20% , while those above 75 years old had the lowest rate of 13.65%. Residents aged 55 -64 and 65 -74 had the highest participation rate of 18.63% , while those aged 15 -24 had the lowest rate of 3.56%. The awareness and participation rates rose with the increase of education level. Conclusion The awareness rate of cancer knowledge and participation rate of screening in residents in Jiading were still at a low level, which were associated with gender, age and education level. Health promotion should be enhanced in the knowledge of cancer prevention and treatment in the future to improve the awareness and behavior of residents for early detection of cancer.
