摘要 介绍了通过测定构件及结构胶物理特性变化与粘接失效的关系,评估既有幕墙结构胶粘接可靠性的方法,主要包括采样常规物理力学性能试验、无损检测试验以及原位加载直接检测粘接承载力的试验。其中通过原位测定点荷载与结构胶位移、人为割胶(脱胶)位移的关系,评估粘接失效及失效程度的方法,原理合理,程序简单安全,可通过试验研究消除不确定因素,建立与现行标准协调、更具操作性的试验方法。 The article introduces evaluating methods for the bonding reliability of the structural sealant of existing curtain walls by testing the relationship between physical property changes of component and structural sealant and adhesion failure, mainly including common physical and mechanical property testing with samples, non-destructive detection testing, and in- situ loading & testing the bonding bearing capacity directly. Among them, the reasonable evaluating method for bond failure and failing degree is to test the relationship between in-situ point load and the displacement of structural sealant as well as man-made debonding displacement. The procedures are simple and safe. By this testing, uncertain factors can be eliminated, and more practical testing methods in accordance with current standards can be established.
