摘要 深圳平安金融中心外立面采用了多种幕墙系统,由于建筑高度大、造型复杂,幕墙系统的防排水设计和安装精度难度较大。该项目立面标准层的典型幕墙系统设置了3道防水,主要采用三元乙丙密封胶条和硅酮耐候密封胶进行主动防水;单元玻璃幕墙采用高落差隐蔽排水系统;幕墙十字缝的防排水处理、存水试验和幕墙系统的淋水试验保证了防排水的有效性。文章还介绍了不锈钢三角柱和玻璃单元幕墙安装精度的保证措施。 A variety of curtain wall systems are used for elevation of Shenzhen Ping'an Financial Center, but their waterproofing and drainage design, as well as installation accuracy are very difficult because of the height and complex shape of the building. Three waterproofing layers are set up for typical curtain wall system of facade standard layer of the building, which adopt EPDM sealing strip and silicone weatherproof sealant for active waterproofing. Unit glass curtain wall uses high drop concealed drainage system. Effectiveness of waterproofing and drainage is ensured by waterproofing and drainage treatment of curtain wall cross stitch and its water storage test, as well as water leaching test of curtain wall system. The article introduces guarantee measures for installation accuracy of stainless steel triangular column and glass unit curtain wall.
