摘要
结合生产实际情况建立实验平台,研究超声波防除垢装置的在线清洗效果。通过在蒸发器上实时监测烟草提取液的一系列物性参数以及产品质量的变化情况,获得安装超声波防除垢装置前后相应的实验数据。实验结果表明,安装超声波防除垢装置后,提取液的各项参数较之前有明显变化,平均浓缩效率提升约为32%,说明该装置达到在线防除垢目的。
Combined with the actual production and the establishment of experimental platform, the online cleaning effect of the ultrasonic anti-fouling device was studied in the paper. A series of changes in physical parameters and product quality were real-time monitored in the evaporator thus to obtain the corresponding experimental data of ultrasonic device and anti-ultrasonic device. Experimental results show that the pa- rameters of extraction have significantly changed after installing the ultrasonic device, and the average con- centration efficiency have a improvement of about 32%, which means that the installation of the device has fulfilled the purpose of online anti-fouling.
