基于模态分析的瓦楞机机架减振研究

摘要 针对瓦楞机机架工作时强烈振动的现象,使用三维软件建立了机架的三维模型。通过对隔振板赋予不同的材料属性来模拟混凝土填充状态。用有限元软件对机架进行模态分析,得到了瓦楞机机架的前六阶模态的固有频率和振型。将仿真数据与实测数据比较,发现选择合适的填充状态可以避免共振。 Aiming at the corrugated rack strong vibration phenomenon, the study used the three-dimen- sional software to build a three-dimensional model of the rack. It then gave the isolation plates different material properties to simulate the concrete filling state. A modal analysis was conducted on the rack, ob- taining six modal inherent frequencies and the vibration mode of the corrugated rack. The comparison of simulation data with the experimental data suggests that to select the appropriate filling state will avoid resonance.
