基于租户满意的保障性住房空间选址研究--以武汉市为例

Study on the spatial location selection of security housing based on tenant satisfaction——Illustrated with the case of wuhan

为了充分利用确保社会福利资源,研究保障性住房空间选址。构建基于保障性住房选址满意度的二项logistic回归模型,得出租户满意度与现住房面积、区域学校教育环境、购物环境呈正向相关,与通勤最大距离呈负向相关性。从影响保障性住房因素的角度出发,对其选址和建设提出了若干建议,以解决保障性住房选址偏远、相关配套设施不完善的问题,提高租户满意度。

The Spatial location selection of security housing encounter some problems such as location re- mote and inaccessible, incomplete facilities and other issues currently.The aim of studying the Spatial loca- tion location of security housing is to ensure better utilization of social welfare resources. The paper con- structs a binomial logistic regression model based on the Satisfaction site of security housing , Obtaining the result that tenant satisfaction and housing area, regional school environment, the shopping environment was positively correlated and showed a negative correlation with the maximum commuting distance.From the perspective of security housing factors, we put forward to several recommendations on its siting and construction.It is reasonable to improve tenant satisfaction by solving some problems like remote location, inadequate facilities and other issues.
