摘要
本文介绍了一种先导式笼式调节阀的结构及工作原理,论述了其结构设计要点,提供了所需执行机构驱动力的计算公式,从而证明了先导式笼式调节阀在不需要加大执行机构驱动力,甚至是减小执行机构驱动力的情况下,都能满足介质压差较高且要求泄漏量小的工况场合。这种先导式笼式调节阀具有单独的压力平衡式先导阀芯和控制先导阀芯与阀塞上、下方向振动趋势的碟型弹簧,能实现双重密封。阀门关闭时形成背压力,且介质压差越大,背压力越大,阀门密封越严密,密封等级也就越高。
This paper introduces the structure and working principle of a Pilot-operated Cage-guided Valve, discusses its structure design points, and provides the calculation formula of the actuator driving force,thus proving that the Pilnt-operated Cage-guided Valve without the need for actuator driving force increased or even reduced, can meet the media high pressure differential and the requirements of small leakage conditions. This Pilot-operated Cage-guided Valve with separate pressure balance type pilot valve, ping and disk spring which control the valve ping assembly up and down vibration, can realize the dual- seal. The valve closing ereats a back pressure, and the greater media pressure, the greater the back pressure, the more tight the valve seal and the higher the level of seal.
