摘要
为提高产品测试的品质和效率,以LabVIEW为软件平台,构建了由信号转换板和通道板为硬件平台的测试系统。该测试系统能通过RS232串口改变信号转换板的测试条件,也可以通过RS232串口把采集到的数据送往上位机,由上位机自动判断测试项目是否合格。生产应用表明,该系统在较大程度上提高了产品测试的品质和效率。
In order to improve the quality and efficieney of product tesling, an automatic test system is buih. This system uses LabVIEW as software development environment, and the hardware platform is based on signal transducer hoard and channel board. The test status of lhe signal transducer board can be changed by a host computer through USB--RS232 communication, and the data in the signal transducer board can also he collected through USB--RS232 communieation, the test resuhs will he calculated and displayed by the host computer. The result of industrial application of this system shows that the quality and efficiency of product tesling were improved.
