摘要
本文针对可动线圈电磁铁驱动机构驱动阀特性,设计了一种基于CPLD的电磁阀驱动电源系统。首先回顾了可动线圈电磁铁驱动机构技术特点,在此基础上提出了一种基于CPLD的PWM电源设计,最后进行了现场实验,获得了电流波形,从而从实践角度验证了该设计的有效性。该设计具有集成度高、调节灵敏、稳定性强等优点。
This paper presented an new power driving system for the electromagnetic valves based on CPLD, according to the characteristics of movable coil electromagnetic valves (MCEV, in short).First, this paper reviewed the technique characteristics of the MCEV, and then pulled out the whole design. After that, the circuit design and controller was presented to realize the the PWM algorithm. Finally, this paper built a controller with VHDL language under the QUARTUS II IDE, to control the A/D process and generate the PWM signal for modulation. The experiment result approved the effectiveness of the new design.This design is considered to be highly integrated, sensitive and stable.
