摘要 VVP(主蒸汽系统)电磁阀测试平台,即:主蒸汽隔离阀上电磁阀测试平台,用于完成主电磁阀和试验电磁阀的电流特性试验、励磁及失磁密封性试验、电磁阀动作电压试验等性能的测试。通过对电磁阀性能的分析研究,该测试平台合理设计平台结构,并采用Labview软件编程实现试验的信息采集、数据记录、分析和回放等功能。该测试平台能有效验证电磁阀性能是否合格,避免盲目检修和错修,可作为压水堆核电站一项重要的检修专用工具。 VVP (Main Steam System) solenoid valve test platform, namely, main steam isolating valve solenoid valve test platform. The VVP test platform is used to test the performance of main solenoid valve and lest solenoid valve, that is, it is to complete the current characteristic test, excitation sealing property test, loss of magnetic seal property test, solenoid valve action voltage test and so on. Based on the property of solenoid valve, the stnleture of VVP test platform is reasonable designed, and the Labview software is utilized to realize the function that information acquisition, data record, analysis, replay, etc. The VVP test platform is able to identify weather the solenoid valve is qualified and to avoid blind inspection and repair, which is also can be used as a special and important tool for maintenance in Pressurized Water Reactor nuclear power station.
