制氢装置转化炉温度控制回路的问题分析及优化投用 被引量:1

摘要 转化炉温度-燃料气流量串级控制回路是制氢装置中最关键、最核心的控制回路,某炼油厂制氢装置中转化炉温度-燃料气流量串级控制回路存在无法投用、转化炉温度波动大,影响装置运行稳定、影响装置制氢转换率的问题。本文对这一问题进行分析,提出添加滤波消除抖动、内模控制PID参数优化整定等方法解决这一问题并得以实施,成功解决了该炼油厂制氢装置转化炉温度控制回路的问题,操作员操作强度大幅度降低,转化炉转化率和装置平稳性得到大幅度提升。 into furnace temperature-fuel gas flow series level control loop is business hydrogen device in the most key, and most core of control loop, a refinery factory business hydrogen device in the into furnace temperature-fuel gas flow series level control loop exists cannot voted with, and into furnace temperature fluctuations big, effect device run stable, and effect device business hydrogen conversion rate of problem, This paper analyzes this problem, proposed to add filtering to eliminate jitter, IMC tuning PID parameter optimization method to solve this problem and to implement, solves the refinery hydrogen reformer temperature control circuit problem, operators greatly reduced furnace conversion and stability of devices have improved significantly.
