摘要
描述了某压水堆核电站建安期间,安喷泵测温通道热电阻整批超差问题的原因分析,通过现场模拟、理论计算及实测,发现由于芯线不均匀导致芯线间直阻偏差较大,从而引入了测温误差。安装过程中发现测量电缆直阻满足国标要求,但各芯线间电阻率不同的情况,并由此引入热电阻的测温误差,结合实际情况制定了有效处理方案。提供一种新的热电阻误差原因分析参考。
The temperature measurement of EAS pump in PWR is over proof on one site. Analyse of the event turned out that the difference resistance of each core wire in the same cable will cause three-wire PT100's over proof. After analyse and calculation, tells the relationship between the value of resistance and over proof. According to the analysis and calculation make out a solution to solve the problem, finally the problem solved.
