研究堆重水渗漏监测方法优化及应用研究

摘要 在研究堆和核电站中,重水通常用作冷却剂或慢化剂。在反应堆寿期内实时监测重水渗漏状态,保持其压力边界的完整性,对反应堆的安全运行至关重要。本文分析了传统重水渗漏监测系统的局限性,在继承传统渗漏监测经验的基础上,结合现代仪控系统整体设计思路,对渗漏监测系统进行了优化,实现了经典监测模式与DCS监控系统的结合。经过几年的应用经验表明,新的渗漏监测系统克服了传统渗漏监测系统的缺陷,提高了测量的真实性,达到了较高可靠性。 In research reactors and nuclear power plants, heavy water is often used as coolant or moderator. During reactor lifetime, monitoring leakage of heavy water on real-time and maintaining the integrity of its boundary pressure is particularly important for reactor safety. This paper analyses the limitations of traditional heavy water leakage monitoring systems, optimizes the leakage monitoring system on the basis of traditional leakage monitoring experience as well as taking modern instrumentation and control system design into account, and realizes the combination of classic monitoring mode and DCS monitoring system. After several years of experience, it has shown that the application of new leakage monitoring system has overcome the disadvantages of traditional monitoring systems, improved the authenticity of measurement and achieved higher reliability.
