油罐自动计量系统测量方法分析及应用

摘要 面向物联网应用的油罐自动计量系统由感知层、网络层和应用层组成。为提高油罐自动计量系统感知层的适应性、可靠性及性价比,在介绍静压法、液位法和混合法3种测量方法原理的基础上,分析了罐内间接测量参数的计算过程,对比了测量方法在参数测量精度、泄漏监测、安装条件及设备成本方面的性能,探讨了测量方法应用中需重点解决的问题,给出了建议配置方案。 Under the three-layer structure of the Internet of Things, automatic oil tank gauging system is composed of perception layer, network layer and application layer. To improve adaptability, reliability and cost performance of the perception layer in automatic tank gauging system, three kinds of oil tank measurement methods and their principles are introduced. The calculation processes of derived parameters in tanks are analyzed. The performances of measurement methods are compared in accuracy, leakage monitoring, installation condition and equipment cost. The problems that need to be solved in the application of measurement methods are discussed, and the proposed scheme is given.
