涤锦雪梨绒仿棉织物的染整探讨

Polyester and Nylon Sydney Cotton Imitation Fabric Dyeing and Finishing

本文选用的涤锦复合丝织物开纤工艺,不仅赋予织物柔软蓬松的手感及优异的吸湿导湿性能,使之更接近棉织物的特性,同时还较好地保持了织物的服用性能。通过染料的筛选及新工艺的控制,使涤锦复合丝织物的各项牢度得到了提升。通过清新整理及吸湿排汗的后整理加工,全面提升了面料的市场附加值和服用性。结果表明,染色新工艺的运用可使涤锦复合丝皂洗牢度提高约1-1.5级左右,耐日晒牢度及摩擦牢度提高约为1级左右,且具有很好的滑糯柔软手感。

This article choosed the splitting technology of polyester and nylon composite fiber, which not only gives the fabric softness and fleeciness feeling and excellent hygroscopic guide wet performance, makes it more closer to the properties of cotton fabric, also keeps the fabric wearability performance well. Through dyestuffs＇ selecting and controlling the new technology, we improved each kind of colorfastness of the composite fabric. And through the moisture absorption and perspiration removing finishing processing or fresh finishing processing,we improved the additional market value and serviceability of the fabric. The results show that, by using of new technology ,the polyester and nylon composite filament＇ s washing colorfastness increased about 1-1.5 magnitude, resistant to sunlight colorfastness and rubbing colorfastness improved approximately 1 magnitude. Further more it has good sliding waxy soft handfeel.
