亚临界水萃取杜仲叶黄酮类化合物工艺优化研究 被引量:8

OPTIMIZATION OF SUBCRITICAL WATER EXTRACTION PROCESSING OF FLAVONOIDS FROM EUCOMMIA ULMOIDES LEAVES

摘要 以杜仲叶为原料,采用亚临界萃取法提取黄酮类化合物,通过单因素及正交试验确定亚临界萃取的最优工艺条件。在最优的工艺下提取黄酮类化合物,并与超声波法提取黄酮类化合物得率进行对比。研究表明,亚临界萃取的最优条件为:提取温度120℃、提取时间30 min、料水比(g/m L)1∶25、压力1.0 MPa,此工艺条件下黄酮类化合物得率可达(3.09±0.06)%,超声波法黄酮类化合物得率仅为(2.17±0.05)%。亚临界萃取法能够大幅度提高黄酮类化合物的得率。 The present study was to investigate the optimal subcritical water extraction processing of flavonoids from Eucommia ulmoides leavest by single factor and orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimal conditions of subcritical water extraction were as follows: the ratio of material to water of 1:25 ,the time of 30 min, the temperature of 120℃ and the pressure of 1.0 MPa, and under these conditions, the extraction yield of flavonoids could reach up to (3.09± 0.06)%, while the yield of flavonoids by ultrasonic treatment only could reach up to (2.17± 0.05)%. It was concluded that the extraction yield of flavonoids by subcritical water extraction could be increased significantly.
